These terms cover this website and the early-access list for Strongy. They're short on purpose.

The early-access list

The list is how we tell you when Strongy is ready. Joining is free: there's nothing to buy and no account to create. We'll email you to confirm your address, then once when Strongy is ready. You can leave any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

How we handle your address is in our privacy policy.

No release date

We don't promise a release date, and we won't give one until we're sure of it. Joining the list doesn't guarantee that Strongy will be available where you live or on your phone.

Your email address

You're responsible for the address you enter. Only sign up with an address that's yours, or one you're allowed to use.

This site's content

The words, design, logo and images on this site belong to Strongy. Please don't copy them without asking. The fonts, Manrope and Rubik, are used under the SIL Open Font License.

Liability

This site and the list are free and provided as they are. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the courts of Baku can hear any dispute about them. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top.
